Payment
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my services are generally covered by insurance. I will be happy to provide you with a bill that you can send to your insurance company for reimbursement. I participate with some insurance plans and will accept the adjusted rate for these services. Please let me know during our initial contact if you plan to use an insurance program for my services. Contact me for more specific information about rates. Payment may be made by check or cash.
